This is really hard to tell with your FOV and the quality of the video. i will need some one else to check this and see if he is hacking before i can ban him.

I fought him today, I don't think he was hacking. Although it took me awhile before I was able to get to him. His faction members always teleport each other in. So I fought one of them and then two and the third person in the three vs. one was 13minutes so I don't think he thought he needed to turn the hacks on if he has them. I tried to get him alone to see if he would turn them on but, his teammates were relentlessly following. In conclusion I honestly don't think he hacks but, maybe if someone fought him one on one maybe you could get him to turn them on otherwise I don't think he hacks. Also I think being able to teleport anyone into combat shouldn't be allowed and if it isn't they were doing it while I was hitting them so......

I don't think he hacks, he is just the definition of a pinger. He is good because of his ping. (Sorry 13 LOL)

Plus you're Playing on quake pro which makes it look like he is hitting farther than he is. Maybe next time you record turn it down to at least 90 I would say. (I play on 90)
